One Time Recycling Fee
How do you determine if the one time recycling fee is the best option for your situation?

It all comes down to cost and convenience. If you just want to be done with the furniture and know that it's going to go away. The one time recycling fee is a great option. This program fits into three main categories. Small, Medium, and Large Projects.

Large Projects require a lot of time energy and labor. So I have simplified the process. If your project has a lot of furniture, the cost of paying a one time upfront recycling fee, and hiring your moving company to move the furniture to my location is better than taking it to the landfill.

Once the fee is paid and the furniture is dropped off the burden of sorting it, recycling it, marketing it, selling it, giving it away, and even taking what does not get repurposed to the transfer station is completely on me. You paid your fee, and got the furniture to my location, your done.

Medium Projects can be handled a little differently. For a one time upfront fee, I can supply up to three 24 foot moving trucks to your location, where your movers will load up the trucks with the surplus furniture and I will take it away.

Once the fee is paid and the furniture is loaded onto my trucks. The burden of sorting it, recycling it, marketing it, selling it, giving it away, and even taking what does not get repurposed to the transfer station is completely on me. This option is usually priced out at about $300 - $600 per truck depending on what the furniture is, and how it will need to be recycled.

Small Projects are those times when you really only have 3 - 5 pieces of furniture that you need to get rid of, and you hope to spend as little as possible in order to do so.
Below are links to the small project pricing options displayed in the video.
Under 4 Hour Project Pricing

You paid your fee, and got the furniture to my location, your done.

For companies that are moving and still have a bunch of stuff to get rid of, this option works great during that time between when you have moved out of the location, and when the last piece of furniture needs to be out of the space so you can return the key.

For the most part, the terms are going to involve reaching an agreement on

• A schedule for accessing the building and the items you want to be sold.
• A pricing strategy
• A reporting strategy so you know exactly what is going on with the liquidation.
•A timeline so that everyone is on the exact same page as to what date the project must be completed by
• A commission split or set dollar amount per sale.

Once we reach an agreement I will market everything directly form you location.

The commission only program works great at providing the maximum amount of return possible with the lowest amount of upfront risk and the most affordable way to cover the costs.
